Don't take 100 mile \/ charge as gospel - I only use the motor on hills and head winds to get the most out of a charge when I'm touring (approx 65 to 75 miles \/ day). This range will be very different depending on your riding style and terrain.\nI look after my kit (for the benefit of the next owner apparently !) the battery is stored between 30 and 70% and only charged to 100% the morning before I ride.\nFor those who are not familiar with the Pendix system - it's completely silent. It's not the most powerful at 65Nm torque and 250W but then it's not a mountain bike and it's more than sufficient for road touring. The level of assistance can be adjusted via the app. It all works as it should, albiet I've never got the speed display to work which is odd because the cadence and distance both work faultlessly.\nI have EU Conformity certificates, instruction manuals and the fast charger.\nThe build quality of Airnimal \/ Circe bikes is excellent. I took this bike from Santander to Valencia and back, cleaned it up and there wasn't a scratch on it ..... excepting where I taped electrical tape over the 'pendix' so as not to draw attention to the fact it's electric - when I got home, I peeled the tape off and some paint came off with it !!
