BMS is good. I bought it with the Wicker basket and then added the panniers. The bike has high speed brushless motor 36V 250 watts and is linked to Shimano 7-speed derailleur gears. It has an integral rear wheel lock and the battery is locked in but can be simply removed for charging. Front and rear lights are integral. Laminated instructions for the C600 Control panel are included.
