About this bike

Seller Description:

The bike has a steel frame and carbon fork with tiagra gearing and fulcrum racing wheels, which take 28mm tyres and mudguards can be fitted. There are also eyelets for a rack. I purchased in 2016 and I have mainly used the bike as winter bike since 2017. Personally, think it is a lovely bike to ride due to the steel frame.

Upgrades:

I have changed the stem to a Bontrager Elite 70mm 17 degree. Over the time I have had the bike I have changed bottom brackets, chains and tyres as they have worn and needed changing.

Damage:

There is some paint scratching where the front mudguard has rubbed against the inside of the fork and the bottom of the head tube. There is also some light scratching on the outside of the fork. Tried to show this in the photos. I suspect that when next services (which is due) a new chain, disc pads and possibly cassette will be required. The cassette is a 12/28. If I were keeping the bike I would take the opportunity to change it with greater gear range.

Shipping costs are fixed at £69 no matter where you're living in the U.K.

We aim to deliver your new bike within 2-4 days* of placing an order. Here’s the process:

  1. Once an order is placed, we contact the seller to arrange a suitable date for our delivery partner to collect the bike. 
  2. The bike will then be delivered to you, typically the same day it’s been collected from the seller. 
  3. You’re ready to ride! Our couriers collect and deliver the bikes without the need for them to be disassembled.

*Please note that delivery times may be longer if the seller is not at home for the couriers to collect the bike within the 2-4 day period.

Can I collect in person?

Yes! You can collect the bike from the seller yourself. We will reveal the exact location of the seller after you've completed checkout.

Can I test ride the bike first?

If you would like to test ride the bike, then please contact us and we will arrange this with the seller. Here’s the process:

  1. We will contact the seller to confirm they’re happy to proceed with this and if so, will arrange a suitable date for the test ride.
  2. We ask you to agree to a price first and complete the checkout process as normal before your “test ride”. 
  3. At checkout please select “collect in person” and enter your payment details. 
  4. Your payment will be authorised but not captured until you’ve confirmed you’ve left with the bike. If you don’t leave with the bike, your payment will not be captured.
