The result is a bike that still feels like a mountain bike rather than an electric bike with a motor bolted onto it.\nThe really useful bonus with this bike is that it comes with a spare battery worth £400\nThe Fazua battery is removable, so having two batteries gives you considerably more flexibility for longer rides. It provides smooth and natural assistance rather than making the bike feel like a moped.\nThe system has three assistance levels:\nBreeze for lighter assistance and maximum battery efficiency\nRiver for a useful amount of everyday trail assistance\nRocket for maximum assistance when you need it\nThe motor and battery are also removable, so the bike can be ridden without electric assistance if required.\nKinesis designed the Rise around a long, low and stable trail geometry, with the L3 having a reach of approximately 485mm. The bike uses a 130mm travel fork and 29 inch wheels, making it a very capable bike for trail riding and off road riding.\nCondition\nThe bike is in great condition and has been well cared for.\nThere may be the odd very minor mark from normal use, but overall it presents extremely well.\nThe drivetrain, brakes, suspension, electric assistance and battery will all be demonstrated to the buyer.\nThe additional battery is included in the sale and is a particularly useful extra.\nA little more about the bike\nThis isn't one of the heavy, full power e mountain bikes. The Rise is deliberately designed to be relatively light and natural to ride, which is one of the reasons it has such a good reputation.\nThe original Kinesis Rise SLX retailed for around £3,200, with the higher specification Rise models costing more.
