{"product_id":"mirider-one-folding-2021","title":"MiRider One Folding 2021","description":"Used An exceptionally nifty folding e-bike from a top-quality UK manufacturer.\n\nThis bike is an absolute joy to ride!\n\nIt's incredibly comfy (the saddle is like a sofa, and the suspension means you glide over bumps). The shape of the soft rubber handlebars is also really ergonomic.\n\nThe pedal-assist acceleration is smooth, and the throttle helps you get moving at lights. In line with UK regulation, the throttle cuts out once you get moving with the pedals.\n\nThe disk brakes are just the right level of responsiveness. Very quick to bring you to a stop when needs be.\n\nThe tyres and inner tubes were professionally replaced in the last six months due to a puncture. Both are still in very good nick.\n\nThere's an easy to use LCD display, from which you can control the baseline speed. At night the screen can be illuminated, and you can use it to turn on the front headlight. (It was a sunny day when I took the photos so it's hard to see said illumination!) The pedals have built-in yellow reflectors, and there's also a red reflector on the seat post.\n\nThe battery charger (pictured) which came with the bike has a security feature to ensure you can't overcharge the battery, making it an extremely safe e-bike.\n\nThe battery is in the stem and is secured with a key (provided, pictured). You can charge the battery in situ, or remove it and charge it separately.\n\nWhen I bought the bike (from AllBikesElectric in Brighton - paperwork pictured, which will be provided to the buyer) they fitted a rear rack for me - pictured and included.\n\nIt's reasonably light - I haven't any muscles on me (probably because I go everywhere on an e-bike...) but carry it up three flights of stairs every day.\n\nIt folds down easily in seconds - you put the seat down, then the handlebars, then fold the frame in half. The pedals also fold to make the profile slimmer (shown in the photos). You can also just remove the seat post entirely (a great anti-theft idea!).\n\nIt's definitely not as compact as something like a Brompton, but the folding features mean it does get down to a decently small size. Definitely the sort of dimensions where you can take it on public transport, put it in a cloakroom at a theatre, or pop it in the boot of a car.\n\nYou can see some minor damage to the paint work from normal wear and tear - I've deliberately pictured these chips for full transparency. The rubber on one of the handlebars is a little worn, there's a tiny nick in the saddle, and the plastic of the kick stand is cracked a bit, but these are all cosmetic (again, pictured for full transparency). It rides perfectly.\n\nI've looked after the bike really well - including having all the electronics replaced by a MiRider-certified engineer at Fudges Cycles in 2023 (paperwork provided).\n\nYou can see I've had the police register the MiRider on - I'll ensure ownership is transferred after the sale.\n\nFor specifics, including battery safety information, please take a look at the manual:\n\nNote that the MiRider One doesn't come in small\/medium\/large - it's sold as one size, as it's so easy to adjust to fit different riders. MyNextBike listings require a size to be provided, so I've listed this as a medium. MiRider One is designed to fit riders from 5'0\" to 6'4\" (152 cm to 195 cm), with an inside leg range of 26\" to 37\" (66 cm to 94 cm).","brand":"8197940085022","offers":[{"title":"MiRider","offer_id":55645029400952,"sku":"96270e7a-9575-4d01-b8a8-377856beb273","price":698.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0684\/9776\/8734\/files\/media_additional_c8pjv4jy.webp?v=1788187102","url":"https:\/\/mynextbike.co.uk\/products\/mirider-one-folding-2021","provider":"MyNextBike","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
