I tried to claim warranty as this happens with no obvious reason but the bike store didnt want to go through with a warranty claim. So I bought a new set of wheels for about £200 and they replaced the back one free of charge.\n\nI am including the previous wheel and the new spare front one with all the bits because it’s always good to have spare parts. the only Issue from the back wheel hub was that the ball baring cage was cracked.\n\nIm also including a helmet, and some other bit and bobs which you can see in the images.\n\nThe bike rides super smoky with the new wheel and the whole bike feels very solid for long commutes. I can cycle to and from work for the whole week only needing to charge once.\n\nI recommend this bike for someone living on the ground floor or to have a safe secure parking space outside.
