Bought in September 2025, looks brand new as you can see by photos.\n\nOnline review below provides overview.\n\nThe Temple Cycles Step Through e-bike is a classically styled low-step bike with an electric mid-motor twist; it’s a looker too, so we wanted to get one in for review to see if there was substance with the style. \u2028\u2028It uses a Bafang M420 mid-motor and a 504Wh Samsung battery, giving it plenty of range for an urban e-bike. The step-through frame and swing-back handlebars lend themselves to a more leisurely position on the bike, which for short pootles around country lanes or quick rides to the shops, it’s ideal. You don’t need any special clothing and I found it to be a first choice ride even with several others in the stable.\n\nAt just under £3,500 it’s not the cheapest city runaround, but it is rather nice. The mid-drive Bafang motor puts out up to 80Nm of torque, and after testing it in hilly West Yorkshire andflatter, quieter areas, I can wholeheartedly say this is a bike that excels at whatever you throw at it – as long as that’s tarmac.\n\nThe only thing I felt was missing with this urban package was a rear rack.
