What information do I need when listing my e-bike?

You'll be asked for details on the model, condition, and history of your e-bike. Additionally, you'll need to provide information on the mileage, battery, power output, and maximum speed of your e-bike. If you're unsure about any of these details, feel free to reach out to us at support@mynextbike.co.uk, and we'll do our best to assist you!

Do you accept all types of e-bikes?

We accept any road-legal bike with a minimum listing price of £400.

How does shipping work?

Once your bike sells on our platform, we will reach out to you to arrange the collection.

Our specialist courier partner will collect the bike from your address and deliver it to the buyer. They collect the bikes without the need for them to be disassembled and packaged in bike boxes, so all you have to do is hand it over!

How much does it cost to sell my e-bike?

The selling fees for e-bikes are the same as those for traditional bikes.

The fees range between 10-14% and are based on the selling price of the bike. You only pay once your bike sells. The fee is deducted from the payout amount.
