At MyNextBike, any bike on our platform can be shipped directly to your door. We've partnered with a specialist courier to ensure that your precious cargo arrives quickly and reliably. It requires no extra effort on the part of the seller or the buyer.
How does our bike delivery service work?
Shipping costs are fixed at £79, no matter where you're living in the U.K. If you don’t want a bike shipped then you don’t need to pay this at checkout. Please refer to our article on how collection in person work.
The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Here's the process:
Step 1: We contact the seller to schedule a collection date. The earliest a bike can be collected by our specialist couriers is 48 hours after an order has been placed.
Step 2: The bike is collected by our specialist courier partners. It is then transported fully assembled to the buyer’s address. The bike will typically arrive the same day it's collected, unless it travels over 200 miles. In this case, it will arrive the next day.
Step 3: You're ready to ride!
Please note that this is our standard courier process. However, if the bike is being shipped to or from a remote postcode* or a location outside the UK mainland, we will use a courier that requires the bike to be securely packaged in a bike box beforehand.

What if I want to collect my bike?
If you want to collect your bike then just select ‘Collect in Person’ at the checkout. You can then organise a collection date and the sale will go through once you’ve marked the bike as collected.
What if my bike is travelling to or from the mainland UK?
These bikes are shipped in bike boxes. In these instances we send a bike box to the seller so they can package the bike. We then arrange the courier to collect the bike box from the seller. It costs no more than shipping elsewhere in the mainland UK (£79) and is also fully insured. This type of delivery applies to N. Ireland and the Scottish Islands.
Does MyNextBike ship internationally?
Yes! The same process applies to international orders as those leaving the UK mainland. Please contact us for quotes, as shipping prices may differ.
What happens if my bike is damaged in transit?
Our couriers take great care to protect bikes during transit; however, damage can occasionally occur. That’s why we insure each bike in transit for up to £50,000, giving you peace of mind in case of damage or loss while your bike is on its way to you.
