How much does delivery cost?
£89, wherever you and the seller are on the UK mainland. Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands cost the same. If you collect the bike yourself, you don’t pay for delivery at checkout.
How long will it take?
Usually 4–7 days from order to door. The courier can collect no sooner than 48 hours after you order, and the bike usually reaches you 1–2 days after it’s collected. Remote postcodes can take longer.
Do you deliver e-bikes?
Yes. E-bikes go by the same specialist courier, fully assembled, for the same £89.
What if the bike is going to or from somewhere off the mainland?
It travels in a bike box. We send the seller a box, they pack the bike, and we arrange for the courier to collect it. It costs no more than mainland delivery (£89) and is insured the same way. This applies to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, using the same boxed process. Prices depend on the destination, so contact us for a quote before you order.
What happens if my bike is damaged in transit?
Our couriers take care to protect every bike, but damage can occasionally happen. Each bike is insured in transit for up to £50,000, covering damage or loss on the way to you.
Can I collect the bike instead?
Yes. Choose Collect in person at checkout, then arrange a collection date with the seller. The sale goes through once you’ve marked the bike as collected.
