Secure payments
Once you’ve paid for your purchase through our secure payments platform, we ensure that your money is held until you approve the bike you’ve purchased. Given our incredibly fast and convenient shipping turnaround times, we make it easy to approve or reject your bike purchase within 48 hours of receiving it. Your money is held until you confirm you are happy with the bike, at which point, we release it to the seller.
No Fuss Returns
If your bike is not as described, there’s no problem. Just tell us within 48 hours, and we’ll come and pick it up, refunding you every penny of your money. Our promise to you is to get exactly what you’ve paid for. If the bike has any undisclosed damage, issues or is significantly different to how it was described in the listing, we’ll take it back for free.
Verified proof of ownership
It’s important to know that you’re buying from a trusted seller and that the bike they’re selling is legitimately theirs to sell. We ask every seller to provide a serial number, or proof of purchase, or both. We regularly check serial numbers against stolen bike databases. We understand that not all sellers have this information to hand. In such instances we undertake additional steps to verify the legitimacy of their listing.
Insured delivery
We’ve hand picked the best courier partners to ensure easy, hassle-free pickup and delivery of your bikes. So not only do you not have to reassemble your bike when you receive it, there’s a lot less to worry about it being knocked about in transit. We have an amazing £50,000 insurance limit for every single bike that we deliver to you. If anything does happen in those rare cases, and there’s damage during transit or the bike goes missing, we’ll offer you a suitable repair, replacement or refund.
