You can submit your bike directly to our platform by filling out our listing form.

The process should take you less than 10 minutes. You'll be asked to upload images, describe the condition, and list any upgrades or damage.

Where possible, we try to add the components of your bike to the listing. We do this by matching the model of your bike to the model in our database. If we can't locate your model, we may reach out to you for more information.

As part of the listing process we'll suggest a price based on the details you provide, but you can set your own. Please note that we only accept bikes listed for above £150.

If you're not sure how much your bike is worth, try our free valuation tool. Enter your bike's brand, model, and year and we'll suggest a fair market price based on recent sales.

Your listing runs until it sells or you take it down. There's no expiry date, no relisting fee and no subscription.

You can edit the price, photos or description whenever you like. If your bike is getting views but no offers, that's almost always the price — email us and we'll tell you what comparable bikes actually sold for.

Yes. Collections booked through us are insured up to £50,000, including e-bikes with their batteries fitted.

You don't box or dismantle anything; the courier collects the bike as it stands, from your door.

As soon as your bike sells, we'll notify you to let you know whether the buyer wants to collect the bike in person or have it shipped to their address. In the latter case, we will arrange the collection and delivery of the bike on your behalf. For more information on our delivery process, please read here.

Once the bike has been collected or delivered, the buyer has 48 hours to confirm that it has arrived as described. After this confirmation period, seller payment will be processed in line with our standard payout terms, which are normally released within 30 days of delivery, or within 14 days for subsequent sales. You can view and manage all of your offers and messages from your account on the platform. We'll also notify you by email whenever a buyer makes an offer or asks a question, so you can respond directly.

Once a price is agreed upon, the buyer will be sent a link to complete the payment.

Most bikes sell within a couple of weeks, and the bikes that sell fastest are the ones priced in line with what similar bikes have actually sold for. That's why we suggest a price when you list, and why our free valuation exists.

Bikes that sit for a while are usually priced above the market or described thinly. You can lower the price at any time, and we'll keep promoting the listing while it's live.

A quick clean and a few good photos make a bigger difference than you'd think. Photograph the bike in daylight, against a plain background, and show the frame, drivetrain, brakes and any wear clearly.

Be honest about condition and any damage; it builds trust and avoids a dispute later. If the bike is due a service, you can either get it done or price it accordingly and say so in the listing.

We accept bikes listed at £150 or above. There's no upper limit.

Your listing stays live and we keep promoting it. If it's not moving, it's usually the price; you can lower it at any time, or counter low offers rather than letting them lapse.

You can withdraw the listing whenever you like, and there's no fee for doing so.

Yes. E-bikes are one of the biggest categories on the platform. Our courier collects them with the battery fitted and carries them insured; many general couriers refuse e-bikes outright, so this is a real advantage if you're selling one.

Yes. Wheels, groupsets, cockpits and other components sell well on MyNextBike. The selling fee for components is a flat 12%, taken from the sale price.

Yes. Our specialist courier collects e-bikes fully assembled, battery included, and carries them insured. There's no need to remove the battery or pack the bike yourself.
