Great first time experience

Great. Not heard of the site before but gave it a try after wife gave me an ultimatum to get rid (of the bike). After getting ridiculous questions and offers from the usual suspects on the usual selling sites, I gave this a try. I was nervous at first, but no need. It was all very transparent, smooth and Matt answered any questions I may have had on the way. Am sure this will be a very successful site with the right exposure and natural evolution Great. 1. List it - Submit the details of your bike to our platform. You'll be asked to upload a few images and tell us about the model and condition.

2. Receive offers - Wait for the offers and queries to roll in. Once a price is agreed, the buyer will be sent a link to complete payment.

3. Ship it - Either the buyer or our delivery partner will collect the bike from you.

4. Get paid - You'll be paid directly from the platform. Receive up to 90% of the bike's selling price.

We only charge when your bike has sold. Our charge is deducted from the bike sale to cover our costs and ensure a successful selling and shipping experience.

Our charges are tiered based on the sale value of the bike:

  • £250-1499: 14%
  • £1500-2499: 12%
  • £2500-3499: 11%
  • £3500 +: 10%

How do I list my bike?

You can submit your bike directly to our platform by following the links on this page.

The process should take you less than 10 minutes. You'll be asked to upload images, describe the condition, and list any upgrades or damage.

Where possible, we try to add the components of your bike to the listing. We do this by matching the model of your bike to the model in our database. If we can't locate your model, we may reach out to you for more information.

What price should I list my bike for?

You are free to set your own price, but please note that we only accept bikes listed for above £400.

If you're not sure how much your bike is worth, feel free to reach out to us at support@mynextbike.co.uk. Please include the brand, model, and year of manufacture.

What happens once my bike sells?

As soon as your bike sells, we'll notify you to let you know whether the buyer wants to collect the bike in person or have it shipped to their address. In the latter case, we will arrange the collection and delivery of the bike on your behalf. For more information on our delivery process, please read here.

You'll be paid either two days after collection or when the buyer confirms that the bike has arrived as described (our policy to prevent any mis-selling on the platform), whichever comes first.

How will I be notified on offers / queries?

Email: When a potential buyer makes an offer or has a question relating to your bike, you'll be notified by email, and you can respond directly.

Once a price is agreed upon, the buyer will be sent a link to complete the payment.
