Returns policy

Sometimes things don't go as planned. If you'd like to return your bike, please refer to our policies for both 'individual' and 'professional' sellers below. 

Individual sellers: Any individual with a second-hand bike they want to sell

Business sellers: Businesses specialising in selling second-hand bikes.

You can differentiate between the two as professional sellers will have the "Business seller'' badge on the listing.

I purchased my bike from an individual seller:

If the bike is lost, damaged in transit, or not as described we will refund the amount you paid for the bike, minus any shipping costs.

You have 48 hours from the time the bike is received to request a refund. Please contact us by email

If you don't inform us within this period, then we will automatically release the payment to the seller, and no refund through MyNextBike will be possible.

I purchased my bike from a business seller:

You can return the bike within 14 days to receive a full refund.

All returns must be undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

We will not accept returns outside of their respective returns timeframe.

Once you have submitted a return request, we will advise the next steps. Return costs are borne by the customer. Please allow 14 working days for refunds to be processed from the date of receiving the item.

  • Items returned that are damaged or not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer

If you have used an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, we will amend the shipping details. If an incorrect address has been provided and we have already processed and shipped your order, then there may be an additional processing fee to get a new order shipped to your address.
