To be classified as Certified Pre Owned, the bikes must meet the following criteria:
- Offered by bike retailers or professional sellers
- Serviced and restored by a bike mechanic
- All components inspected and cleaned
- All major components in excellent mechanical condition
- Frame integrity verified
- Parts replaced if they are in poor condition
- Drivetrain inspected, cleaned, and tuned
- Professionally cleaned
