If the item is damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the bike so you can return it and get a refund.
Please send us photos of:
- The shipping label.
- The bike and its inner and outer packaging, with damage, are clearly shown.
We will investigate the damage with our courier. If we confirm the damage, we will refund the full amount.
