Can I view the item in person?
Whether you want to collect the bike in person or simply view it, we ask that you agree on a price first and follow the standard checkout process before arranging the meet-up.
This ensures that all transactions are completed securely on the MyNextBike platform, allowing us to provide buyer protection policy.
COLLECTION PROCESS
1. Agree on a price with the seller
2. Complete the purchase: You will be sent a payment link to finalise the transaction.
3. Select “Collect in Person” at checkout
4. Arrange the collection or viewing date
5. Confirm whether you leave with the bike
If you do not leave with the bike, you will receive a full refund.

How does shipping work?
Any bike listed on MyNextBike can be delivered to your door for a fixed price of £79.
Our shipping partner will collect the bike from the seller and deliver it straight to you, fully assembled and ready to ride!
Every delivery is insured, and you can return it free of charge if the bike doesn't match the description. We aim to deliver your bike within 4-7 days of placing an order.

Can I return the item?
Our Buyer Protection policy is in place to prevent any mis-selling on the platform and ensure you get exactly what you paid for! If the bike arrives “not as described”, such as there is damage that wasn’t disclosed in the listing, or the specifications are wrong, then you can return it to the seller free of charge. Simply contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange this for you.
I can't get hold of the seller
Please message us and we can chase the seller for you. If we also can't get hold of the seller, we will remove the bike from the platform.
