How offers work on Mynextbike
Whether you would like to purchase the bike for asking price, or try to get a better deal, we ask all buyers to submit an offer to the sellers first. Once an offer is accepted, you will be sent a payment link to complete the purchase!
How to submit an offer
On the listing page of the bike you want, select the "Make an Offer" button. You will then be directed to the offer "pop up" where you can follow these steps:
1) Enter the offer value. You can submit asking price or the price you would like to pay for the bike.
2) Enter your email address and name. We will only use these details to contact you regarding your offer.
3) Press submit.
What happens when i submit an offer
The seller will receive the details of the offer for them to respond directly. They can either accept, make a counteroffer or decline.
Accept - If the seller accepts, you will be sent a payment link via email to complete the purchase with your chosen payment method.
Counteroffer - You can accept, or make a new offer. If you accept, you will receive a payment link to complete the purchase.
Decline - You will receive an email to inform you that the seller has rejected your offer. You have the option to make a new offer.

Offer FAQ'S
No, offers aren't binding. You can make as many offers as you want, and only pay when you want to proceed with one.
Can I buy straight away for asking price?
For bikes offered by private sellers, we don't offer the ability to purchase without making an offer first. We do this to ensure that the seller confirms the sale before allowing you to pay.
If you would like to pay for asking price, you can submit an offer for asking price, and will receive a payment link as soon as the seller confirms the sale.
How long will it take to hear from the seller?
We do our best to ensure that sellers reply within 24 hours.
They receive several email and SMS reminders. If you haven't heard from the seller within 24 hours, you can reach out to us for help.
Can I withdraw my offer?
Yes, you can withdraw your offer at anytime, and we encourage you to do this if you do not wish to proceed with the bike. It lets the seller know so that they can pursue other offers.
