Shipping policy

Standard U.K. shipping rates are £89 per bike order.

Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days.

Once you have placed an order, we shall endeavour to ship your product as soon as possible. The process is as follows:

Step 1: We will contact the seller to schedule a collection date. The earliest bikes can be collected is 1 day after an order has been placed.

Step 2: The bike will be collected by our specialist partner, AnyVan, who transport the bike fully assembled to your address. The bike will typically arrive the same day it's collected, unless it travels over 200 miles. In this case, it will arrive the next day.

Step 3: You're ready to ride!

 Please note that business days are considered to be Monday-Friday. Public holidays and weekends are not included in shipping estimates.

 If you have not received a notification within two weeks of your purchase, please contact us or email support@mynextbike.co.uk and we will provide you with an update. We will endeavour to resolve any fulfilment and delivery issues immediately and limit the impact on you.

Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer

If you have used an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, we will amend the shipping details. If an incorrect address has been provided and we have already processed and shipped your order, then there may be an additional processing fee to get a new order shipped to your address.
