- The C26, is equipped with many features which are not normally found on electric bikes such as charging protection which protects the battery from overvoltage and overcurrent which helps to prevent the bike form short-circuiting. The bike also has brake power off meaning the brake lever can be powered on and off according to what you prefer. The C26, has a range of up to 68 miles, which is much more than other expensive bikes. The C26, is also equipped with torque control to avoid the wheels spinning due to its immense power, much like traction control in cars.
- The speed controller of the C26, is an electronic circuit that not only controls the speed of the electric motor but also serves as a dynamic brake. This helps to ensure a comfortable ride for everyone, regardless of differing abilities and strengths. This also helps improve the efficiency of the bike as less power is wasted due to erratic speed control. You can either collect the bike in person or arrange to have it shipped to you by our specialist delivery partner.

How long does delivery take, and how much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are fixed at £89 no matter where you're living in the U.K.
We aim to deliver your new bike within 4-7 days* of placing an order. Here's the process:
- Once an order is placed, we contact the seller to arrange a suitable date for our delivery partner to collect the bike.
- The bike will then be delivered to you, typically the same day it's been collected from the seller.
- You're ready to ride! Our couriers collect and deliver the bikes without the need for them to be disassembled.
*Please note that delivery times may be longer if the seller is not at home for the couriers to collect the bike within the 4-7 day period.
Can I collect in person?
Yes! You can collect the bike from the seller yourself. We ask that you agree on a price first and follow the standard checkout process before arranging the meet-up.
This ensures that all transactions are completed securely on the MyNextBike platform.

Can I test ride the bike first?
Yes you can! It's the same process as if you are collecting the bike. We ask for buyers to agree a price first and follow the standard checkout process. This ensures that all transactions are completed securely on the MyNextBike platform, allowing us to provide buyer and seller protections.
How does buyer protection work?
Our Buyer Protection policy is in place to prevent any mis-selling on the platform and ensure you get exactly what you paid for! If the bike arrives "not as described", such as there is damage that wasn't disclosed in the listing, or the specifications are wrong, then you can return it to the seller free of charge.
