Turbo System Lock
The Vado also benefits from Specialized's Turbo System Lock. Using the Specialized app, the motor can be disabled and the bike's motion sensor alarm activated. Once locked, the motor cannot be enabled without the owner's authorised access.
The battery is fully integrated into the downtube, with the ability to remove it for charging while remaining securely locked into the bike when fitted.
