1. Seller ships the bike to our service centre

Instead of sending it straight to you, the bike first goes to our trusted mechanics.

2. We inspect and service the bike

Full safety check, brake and gear tuning, and any necessary adjustments.

3. Bike is shipped to you

If everything checks out, it arrives fully tuned and ready to ride.

4. If there’s an issue, you’re notified

The bike won’t be shipped — you’ll have the option to cancel and get a full refund.
